Work youll do
The primary role of a Senior Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.
Roles & Responsibilities
Relevant experience of 6+years of experience in SAP FICO.
Prior domain experience is desirable.
End to end project implementation experience in SAP PPQM in at least 1-2projects (excluding support projects)
Considerable CIN knowledge and experience of working with Indian clients
Experience in integration of PPQM module with other modules.
S4 HANA experience is desirable.
Key skills required:
SAP PP (Production Planning):
Strong understanding of production planning processes (MTS, MTO, repetitive, discrete, and process manufacturing)
Expertise in master data: Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routing
Experience with MRP (Material Requirement Planning) and capacity planning
Knowledge of Shop Floor Control, order types, and order execution
Proficiency in integration with MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO modules
Configuration and customization of production orders, planned orders, and process orders
Hands-on experience with version management, batch management, and serial number management
Familiarity with PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries) if applicable
SAP QM (Quality Management):
Strong understanding of quality planning, inspection, and control processes
Experience in configuring inspection types, inspection plans, and sampling procedures
Knowledge of quality notifications, defect recording, and results recording
Integration experience with MM (incoming inspection), PP (in-process inspection), and SD (outgoing inspection)
Familiarity with Certificates of Analysis (COA) and audit management
Skills in QM in procurement and production, and integration with EHS if relevant
Ability to handle quality issue investigation and root cause analysis
Understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation requirements
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate
6 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Willingness to travel for short and long-term durations.
